Amali Island is an exclusive community on The World Islands, which offers luxury living with private beach access. The total area of the island reaches 1,200,000 sq. ft. The developer of the community is Amali Properties, which specialises in waterfront urban residences. The architectural firm, ELASTIC, and design firms, Hirsch Bedner Associates and SquareM, are also working on the project. The estimated date of handover of Amali Island is March 2027.

The project offers a limited collection with only 24 exclusive villas with 5–7 bedrooms. The property sizes of the units range from 11,108 sq. ft to 33,497 sq. ft, whilst plot areas are from 22,970 sq. ft to 91,332 sq. ft. The residences provide amazing views of the Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab and Palm Jumeirah.

Beachfront units are available in four unique styles: Avatea, Aria, Aurora and Amorino. You can choose among two distinctive designs of the villas — Grande and Minima, as well as the interiors in Terra and Ultra.

The villas at Amali Island have 3 storeys. Water sports, a luxury boat garage, a cinema, a sauna and spa can be found on the basement floor. The layout of these elite villas includes a water feature plant room, art gallery, gym, family lounge, children’s play room and cigar lounge. The outdoor area of the properties is amazing with such unique features as a tea terrace, grotto with cascade, water garden, Lazy River, salt water pool, vitality pool, and some residences even have their own private beach. Other outdoor features include a pool bar, shisha lounge and private beach for the community.
